Alison is an experienced commercial and technology disputes solicitor with over a decade of expertise in high-value and multi-jurisdictional litigation. Before joining Fenecas, Alison spent over 10 years at a large Dublin firm where she acted for clients in complex disputes before the High Court, Commercial Court of Ireland, the European General Court and cases referred from the Irish High Court to the CJEU. She acted for clients on both contentious and non contentious matters in the area of commercial contracts, privacy, patents, trademarks, copyright, content and consumer law.

Alison acted in a high profile data protection case that was litigated in Ireland with a referral to the CJEU. She also spent 6 months working in a technology company assisting the legal teams on security and law enforcement matters.

Alison is a member of the Executive Committee (Board) of one of Dublin’s maternity hospitals.

Larry is an experienced litigator with over 25 years’ experience acting for parties in commercial litigation disputes.  He is also an experienced dispute resolver in Alternative Dispute Resolution forms such as internal arbitration, adjudication, expert determination, conciliation and mediation.

Larry is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since 2001 and holds diplomas in both Domestic and International Arbitration.  He is appointed to act as arbitrator and advocate in arbitration and is a member of the London Court for International Arbitration (LCIA).

Larry sits on the Law Society’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Committee and is a past chairperson. He is an appointed mediator and represents parties at mediation, having been a CEDR accredited commercial mediator since 2005 and a member of the Irish Commercial Mediators Association (ICMA).

He contributed a chapter on Alternative Dispute Resolution in  publication ‘Practice and Procedure in the Commercial Court’, an Irish legal authority.  More recently he was granted the designation of ‘Senior Counsel’ by the Government of Ireland, in recognition of his litigation expertise and experience.  Larry is passionate about strategy and innovation in law and is a graduate of the University of Oxford.
